Understanding Fertility


The Billings Ovulation Method (BOM) is based on identifying the times of fertility and infertility occuring naturally in a woman's cycle, regardless of the length or regularity of her cycles.

It is applicable from puberty to menopause, including special times such as during breastfeeding.

The BOM requires women to pay attention to their external sensations and observations just as they go about their normal daily activities, and to keep a simple record.
